About Our Center
Compassion Care Center exists to serve women and families in Yadkinville and the surrounding Yadkin County area. We offer free parenting and prenatal classes, breastfeeding education, a Mom and Baby Boutique, post-abortion support, and community resource referrals. All services are delivered by caring, compassionate, and nonjudgmental staff and volunteers. Everything we offer is free, confidential, and provided in a safe, welcoming environment.

We welcome:

- Women and men processing a past abortion experience
You do not need insurance or an ID. All services are free and completely confidential.
